All ready-made products are dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order props may take 7–15 working days for preparation before dispatch.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.
In some remote villages or city where this service is not available, you will have to go to the courier
office to pick it up.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp. You can track your
order using the courier company’s tracking portal.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location. and Shipping charges are

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
Please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide uncut video and order details via email or WhatsApp.
We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement or partial refund as applicable.
