Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The wrong item has been delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos.

• Products damaged after delivery

Refunds

After the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
