Ready-made products are dispatched within 1–2 working days, while customized or made-to-order products may take 7–15 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer, and customers may need to collect parcels from the nearest courier office if doorstep delivery is unavailable. Shipping charges vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location and are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours with an uncut opening video and order details. We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement or partial refund as applicable. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
